Caticlan Airport
- From Manila domestic airport you will board either a SEAIR
Philippines Dornier 328 Jet Prop a 32 seated or there 19 seated,
plane (CAUTION-This is a bumpy one), or Asian Spirits 32
seated prop or jet powered. If you choose the SEAIR Dornier 328,
this plane has a total flight time to Boracay of just 35 minutes.
Asian Spirit also offers the jet powered with the same time and the
prop plane takes 1 hour, total flight time.
When arriving at
the Caticlan airport you will get off the plane on the tarmac, close
the the airports entry. The airport at Caticlan is very small so
finding your way around is no problem. Once you enter the airport
you will proceed to pick up your luggage, then exit upon having your
bags inspected.
From here you take
a quick walk to the bus transport that will take you to the jetty
port where you will board a banca boat to Boracay Island, to either
Cagban Beach or Tambisaan Beach jetty ports.
