Boracay Scenic Areas and Caves
Boracay Island is not large, but it offers a surprising variety of scenery and exotic animals, trees and flowers. Exploring nature's rich endowment is well worth your time!
Flying over Boracay, the Island reminds some of a butterfly, with the wings on the north and south ends of the Island. Northern Boracay is quite mountainous with some steep roads, steppe-like areas, small cornfields and the last area of virgin forest. Central Boracay is narrow and mostly flat. The southern end is hilly and good for hiking expeditions, but wear long pants and good shoes! Along the south-eastern coast you will see Boracay as it was many years ago-lonely huts, fields of wild grass, rare flowers and dense thickets.
Forests remain an important part of Boracay Island.
